Manual Therapy often involving manipulation massage, dry needling, electrotherapy and exercise suited to many musculoskeletal conditions.

Orthotic Therapy

Frequently recurrent foot, ankle, shin knee and hip pain can be caused or made worse by collapsed arches. A simple cheap of the shelf insole is often all that is needed to correct the issue and prevent further injuries. Occasionally for more complex problems a custom insole is required. These are more expensive but the shell comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Myofascial Dry Needling

Myofascial Dry Needling uses acupuncture needles as a tool in the treatment of trigger points for persons with myofascial pain syndrome (muscular pain). Dry needling is an invasive procedure in which a needle is inserted into the skin and muscle directly at a myofascial trigger point. A myofascial trigger point consists of multiple contraction "knots", which are related to the production and maintenance of the pain cycle.

Shockwave Therapy

Suited to most chronic tendon injuries, in particular pain around the heel of the foot, arch pain and Achilles tendon pain. Shockwave is also suitable for long term tendon injuries in other parts of the body.
