Appointments can be booked online at both our Inverness and Dornoch practices.

Online booking is available for new and existing patients.

 

Which Appointment Should I Book?

 

🆕 New Patient Appointment

Book a New Patient appointment if:

 

You have never attended the clinic before, OR

It has been 8 years or more since your last appointment.

 

If you have attended the clinic within the last 8 years, please do not book a New Patient appointment.

 

 

🔄 New/Old Appointment

Book a New/Old appointment if:

 

You have attended the clinic before, AND

Your last appointment was more than 4 years ago but less than 8 years ago.

 

If your last appointment was within the past 4 years, please book a Follow-Up appointment instead.

If it has been 8 years or more since your last appointment, please book a New Patient appointment.

 

 

✅ Follow-Up Appointment

Book a Follow-Up appointment if you have:

 

Attended the clinic within the past 4 years, AND

Previously seen one of our Chiropractors.

 

Have you developed a new complaint?
If you have attended the clinic within the past 4 years, you do not need to book a New Patient appointment, even if you are attending with a new complaint.

 

If You Need Additional Support

 

If you have a complex medical history, mobility issues, or additional medical needs, you may need extra appointment time or a clinician with specific experience.

In these circumstances, please telephone us on 01463 717084 or email us via our contact form so we can arrange an appointment with the most appropriate clinician.

 

Important Information

 

• Online bookings are not available for children under 16.
• New Patient and New/Old appointments must be paid for at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund.
• Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
